The properties have been purchased from husband accounts for which the husband had given her mandate she registered the properties in her name on account that she will transfer immediately whenever husband ask. Due to some isues, she captured all properties and declared ownership of saying she purchased from her own income. she is a housewife without any source of income, she black mailed for transfering after taking 2 lakhs from husband aqnd refused to do so
