Perjury

FIR was filed u/s 385,389,500,507taking order u's 156(3) where 2 person were named in 156(3) application but FIR was field against unkown. My name was not in 156(3) but i was made accused in investigation and had to take ABA Now i found in 156(3) as well as in FIR complainant lied. Where to file complaint now , police or to magistrate and under which section, 156(3), 200 or 340 read with 193
