Police Report Submitted By IO In Court Us 202

Police submitted report in the court that the accused paid me by self cheque of Rs4.5 lakhs and 5.5 lakhs but the complainant i.e me refuted the receipt of the money. The judge is accepting the police report of receipt of money by me by self cheque. The accused himself have withdrawn the money and now telling my name that I withdraw cash from his bank.The judge is understanding that I have got money in my bank account by depositing cheque in my account.The judge is not ready to understand the difference between self cheque and ac payee cheque. How should I convince the judge?
