Asked To Resign Forcefully By Torturing | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

I was forcefully asked to resign from my employer i.e. Vedantu innovations Pvt. Ltd. for which I have the recordings and chats. The reason they said was a performance issue for which I was not even given a chance to perform and tortured me for resignation from my TL and City Head. What should I do in this case? Please suggest.

send legal notice and you can also file a case in labour Court

plz refer to Labour Court not Labour Department, and file a case under ID act on illegal termination....
