Read the terms which you signed. Normally this is a breach of contract which employer will take stand. Better amicably settle this issue and resign before joining new job.

Mr.Suneel, What was the training period, 3 months or more? And you are about to start your career in technology field and L&T Infotech is a big player in the field. So it is always advisable to talk to the HR deptt and try to resolve with them and if they give positive response, then it OK, otherwise give resignation in writing, stating your reason for leaving the job and wait for their response and act accordingly.

No need you just leave the job. But they will not give you releiving letter. kindly see to that, while joining in another company don't disclose this with the new company.
