  • Dear Sir, You may issue a legal notice asking the employer to cite valid reason for the unauthorized deduction. In case the employer fails to respond to the said legal notice and/or the response is not to your satisfaction, you may initiate recovery proceedings under law, as per the terms of your employment contract. In case, you are not a white-collar employee, you may approach the labour court. Please give me a rank, if you find my advice helpful. Please feel free to contact me, in case of any assistance.

Hello Sir If the company is not acting as per the service agreement or the contract between you and the company then you could send a legal notice to the company asking them the explanation for the above mentioned actions of the company, otherwise you would proceed with taking appropriate legal action against the company for not complying with the terms of agreement. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful.
