Completely Wrong Address By Employer Is Given In Reply To My Legal Notice Is A B | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

More than 3 weeks ago, i sent legal notice to my ex employer for wrong termination with no reason. Now employer's lawyer has sent reply (via email) that their team is preparing reply to our notice. But my query is related to the point given below. Point :- In the letter sent by employer's lawyer, Law firm has mentioned employer's office address but company does not run any office at that address now. Lease agreement has already expired 6-7 months back and company has already shifted its office almost 1 years back to new address but they have not got it updated in government records also. Query:- 1. Is it a blunder by lawyer of the employer. 2. Is it useful for me during court case. 3. Can any kind of case be filed against the employer of rmentioning wrong address of the company in legal reply or documents. Thanks in advance

It is computer mistake, it might have been crept due to cut paste method. It is only clerical mistake. In the later reply you may expect the correct address. If possible intimate that advocate about such mistake.

Sorry, unless u sustain any damage no offense or suit arises.. They may even gave instructions to the post office to redirect the post.. You have already sent a letter to them which was duly received as acknowledged in their email..

It is a deliberate act of cheating by the employer. You file a complaint with the police as well as in the court. Certainly you may get benefit on this issue in your case.
