    1. you should have approached through a legal way rather drafting/sending such non-sense email, 2. still, the email will not have any adverse impact on your gratuity or any other outstanding amount but you may face some unwanted litigation from your employer's side due to the said email, 3. a deep understanding of the email is required before forming any legal opinion on the possible legal actionupon the contents of the email, 4. in the meantime, file the case for claiming your Gratuity and F&F

F&F and gratuity company can not be hold unless and until there are strong reason with company i.e fraud, disclosing any information of company which affecting a loss, or any harm to the property of the company during the period. This are the few reason for disqualification of the property. In this case also tne company need to deposit the requisite amount of gratuity with the labour commissioner and who will take the final decision after hearing of the both the parties. In your case you need to issue a legal notice first. In case of non response from the company then need to file a petition with the labor commissioner. In case of any further consultancy please get in touch with me and please review my profile and rank 5 star points to me.
