Send them legal notice and you can approach the labour commissioner. They will help you to reconcile this matter and if no solution is reached labour commissioner will hand over this matter to the court whereby a case against your employer may be pursued.

Manage to send a detailed legal notice to the Employer and then contact the local conciliation Officer of the area. The intervention of the department will get the matter resolved. Otherwise approach the Labour Court on the basis of the proceedings. You have a good case and you will succeed. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
