Hello Ma'am If you are government teacher then you could complaint against such actions of the school in education department of state. Although if its a private school then you'll have to check your job agreement with the school and if they are not acting according to thr term of the agreement then you could file a complaint against them. need to read your offer letter for terms and conditions which you agreed and signed. If 10% cut is not disclosed in that then you can create problem for them.
