Hello Ma'am If you are government teacher then you could complaint against such actions of the school in education department of state. Although if its a private school then you'll have to check your job agreement with the school and if they are not acting according to thr term of the agreement then you could file a complaint against them. Although you cannot complaint about the heavy work they are giving you. Please rate if you find this advice helpful Thanks
