Dear Sir, If there is no stay in review petition then you can file contempt petition.

you can file contempt application after expiration of 2 months of time period as given in writ petition , but incase if the review petition has already been filed and same has been entertained then you have to wait till the disposal of the review petition. it also depends what order has been passed on review petition , without looking the language of the order i am not able to give you correct advice , kindly book counsultation.
