Dear Sir , For a purticular post , kerala PSC invited application in 2012 and Qln was Degree & 3month Computer . Vacancies reported at that time was146 . There was dispute in computer qln, candidates file a suit in HC and selection process was delayed . Qln changed to *** Degree in 2016 as per G.O. After that PSC selected candidates from a Common list for this Post.As cases were settled, PSC conducted exam in 2022for the applied candidates as per Noti. came in 2012. Prob. list of the same came in june 2023 ( recently). PSC only included just 426 candidates in the main list . Certificate verification is going on. Is there any procedure / regulation for the inclution of candidates in the S/L for a PSC list ? Becasue, PSC even doesnot include 3 times of candidates in the main list of the S/L . Is this justificable? Most of the applied candidates as per Notification 2012 are now over aged . Can court entertain this ? Can Short list be extended by PSC ? Can we expect justice in this case?

Dear Sir, It is a service related matter and you can get justice and agitate the matter only filing a case before either State Service Tribunal or before High Court, as the case may be. The Tribunal or High Court will decide the matter after hearing public service condition.
