How should I take action on Employer as I was hired and when I went to give joining at client location and they have no information So they rejected my joining, the employer asked me to wait So that they will convince them and assured me that they will give another opportunity if the client is not convinced. Now they want to give one month Salary and close the offer. so i asked them to give 3 months Salary as we have 3 months notice period. because their was no fault from my end and i was deceived and they ruined my carrier. because of this offer i have resigned old company post the joining letter and appointment letter was issued to me. now what i should do.

Yes You can sent by post legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of outstanding salary amount along with interest. than not any reply within 15days than you can file a case.
