    1. sending the message "i like you" is not sufficient to terminate the services of any employee, however, for your knowledge, i would like to make it clear that suvh acts, during office time or after office time, falls within the category of sexual harassment at workplace. and you may face criminal litigation. 2. try to settle the matter amicable and request them to provide you proper relieving rather a termination, 3. any act, gesture, words which are offensive constitute the sexual harassment, and. the female will decide what is offensive to her

    no company can not terminate u without any reasons whether the female complaints against u in company. if the company doing this u should ask on which basis they terminated u. that msg not comes under sexual harassment as u told that u u didn't do that in company working hrs. just to company what is reason behind termination. if my suggestions is useful to u can further contact me or give me 5 starts. thank u
