Dear Sir, You can make a representation as proposed, if rejected or not replied by your employer then approach the High Court for necessary directions. You will succeed as HC will give some favorable directions.

There is a limitation for bond period.. i hope it is maximum 3 years.. beyond that it's not enforceable..

As far as I think after going through your question that as per the terms of the agreement you were required to work for 7 years from the date of your appointment or pay Rs.15 lakhs if you leave your job before. Since you have completed only four years therefore you will have to work for further 3 years and if you leave your job at any point of time before 7 years, then you would be liable to pay Rs. 15 lakhs to your organisation.
