    Sir, I would suggest that you first get the contract reviewed by an Advocate and thereafter send a befitting reply to the Company. Although many clauses put in contracts may be of wrongful/immoral nature but it may not be necessary that such clause is entirely illegal. More so, the nature of clauses in private contracts is mostly dependent of the signing parties. However, please move forward with the reply as soon as possible and refer the matter before the Labour Commission if your lawyer advices the same.     Hello Sir It would be advised to hire a lawyer to send reply to that legal notice. Also first need to read the service agreement signed between your wife and the company, a better advice could be given after reading all the term and conditions of the contract.
