I currently have an offer from other IT company which requires me to join in 1 month, i discussed with management regarding the offer i received. But management is not accepting to relieve me earlier and even insisting to pay 300000/- , as the same was mentioned in offer letter forms. what can i do from my end to relieve from duties without any legal issues and get my service letters with no negative conduct mentioned.

sir, have you entered into an agreement with the present company or have signed any agreement with the employer which would be binding on you if not you could give Intimation letter to the company which could be 1 month prior of you leaving the company.
