    As per contract 3 months notice period was agreed. Accordingly settlement was done. What is wrong? Book consultation through online for better information.

    Hello Sir Both you and company are bind to act as per the agreement signed. In case if you feel the company has violated the terms and conditions then you could send them a legal notice to act as per your demand and in case not you would file a legal complaint against them to the labour commissioner and in a civil court.
