First of all take stock of the full state of affairs of the company. And manage to get a legal notice served upon the company but has to talk to the concerned HR and if not resolved take the next step. Approach the Labour Conciliation Officer of the area and get the matter resolved. If not then finally approach the Labour Court and get the matter resolved finally. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and contact me telephonically for further discussion and explanation if required.
