1. it depends upon the policy/terms of the company/agreement regarding reimbursement of relocation charges, however, you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the amount along with the interest, 2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of the amount,

u can send legal notice to company that u have paid that much amount for the relocate. but company refuses to pay ur amount. if they will not return it u can take legal action against the company
