    Proposition of the HR is in unjustified and also illogical. He can't bring out such proposals at this critical times. You can challenge the proposal under the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act which protection stands with you at such times.     Need to challenge the termination notice in civil/labour court as per your status of your employment i.e. workmen/employee. The first we need to send a legal notice to the employer. In case if the employer not respond in a positive way then we have to file a suit in a civil/labour court with the relevant compensation of damage.
