Dear Shaily, Once employer accepted your resignation, you need not to pay anything. Better issue a legal notice instead of paying anything.

Please peruse the Appointment Conditions and get the matter compared to get the exact reply to your question. Anyhow you need not reply the legal Notice as well. If it contrary to the conditions no court will give any wright to their version. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, It is unlikely that any Court will side with them, I'd advise you to ignore their threat. If they are willing to compromise, and you feel it's worth it, you can offer your salary in lieu of the notice period.

Dear Sir, You just ignore such notice and need not commit anything. They are taking a chance and in many cases it is not possible for them to recover by approaching Civil Court which takes 4-5 years time to get a judgment. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
