Retainership Agreement | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

There is a Retainership agreement between me and my employer (Private Company) and according to that Retainership payment or Salary will be done through cheque on every 15th of next month but the actual situation is opposite to that they are not giving me salary on time after asking for salary for so many times they are laughing and are not replying well or giving salary. Please help me by giving your valuable legal advice on this matter.

Start serving your notice period and send a strong legal notice and it should be so stern that they don't repeat such non sense with others.

Is it an IT sector company?.. You have to send legal notice first and respond as per their reply.. they might not wish to retain u, once u try legal action.. It is up to u to decide..
