Joined 19th August 2019, Appointment letter received as 1 year Contract, PF account not opened till yet but deduction happening every month, the last salary received in June 2020 for the month of April 2020 & it was near 50% only. Employer explanation as per supreme court they can pay 50% which will pay for 2months and about PF they will return back but no date was mentioned. Even they deducted ESI till December but ESi card or application form was filled me the same in PF also. Kindly advise.

I suggest you to approach the regional PF COMMISSIONER and lodge a complaint against the Establishment
