I had lost my certificates and employment proof from previous jobs before joining my current job. I had asked for some time and was granted the same. During the past 4-5 months I have got the MBA certificate and my previous employment proof. I have however, not got the 10th and 12th certificates. And It has been really long. I finished my 10th from ICSE in 1997 and 12th from Odisha state board CHSE. My school does not exist anymore and it is second to impossible to get the 10th certificate from ICSE. My 12th certificate is also difficult as all the paperwork is pre computer era. I have 17+ years of experience post MBA. My current employer has decided to hold my salaries till I submit the certificates. Please advise.

You can get your 10th &12th School certificates in duplicate through court, approach your local advocate he will help you solving the above issue.

Dear Sir You may try for getting duplicate certificates from the concerned academic boards. Your employer cannot hold your salary since because he has taken your services. You may approach department of employment of your state.
