Transfer Related

If you find that the order of transfer is not proper and valid, you make a representation to the suitable authority mentioning therein that the order of transfer is not proper and valid and give the reasons for that and ask the authority to set aside the order of transfer.

The employees have no voice in many matters otherwise you will be penalized in this democratic country.

There is no specific provision for that it depends upon the circumstances and administrative situation of the office.
