I am working in a Private software company for the last 2 years. Recently they initiated a reward program and asked to sign a document which states that they will accumulate 1 Lakh rupees each for me and will pay the sum amount after 5 years. However, they did not pay anything at the time of sign. That document contains the NON-COMPETE clause means, I cannot join the same type of company for the next 4 years. I missed a check or go through this clause before signing. Can they force on this clause or how can I withdraw from this agreement. Its been 4 months I Signed.

Dear Sir Under Indian contract act such clause is void and in operate. They cannot do anything if you violate that clause. Please give me RANK FIVE(5) if my answer satisfies you
