Additional Proof In Maintenance Case

Sir/Mam, In a ongoing maintenance case, i have filed an additional counter of adultery proofs , which i had missed in the main counter. becz my lawyer had adviced me, that he wil use it as a surprise element during cross examination, apart from this, i have a audio recording where in my wife is expressing her wish to get married to my elder brother, and how she was intrested in him. but my lawyer is not including this recordings in additioanl counter stating, that he will file a seprate petition. and take my brothers statement later on.when i enquired him he states that, since the additional counter is filed by me. a question will arise when did i come to noe about this. and this may go against me only. i am confused, as i feel this could be one of the strongest evidence in my case to prove my wifes character, I request to please guide me what should be my course of action now should i insisit the lawyer to add the same conversation in the c.d, and cross examine her,or should i wait for him to file a seprate petition at later date, which action will favour my case. plz help warm regards salim.
