Do I Deserve Anything More Than Compensation

I have quit my near about 5 yr marriage, due to the mental torture caused by husband and his parents, to a railway govt employee. During this course of time a flat was purchased in joint names. The flat in 2014 costed 32 lakhs including garage. Out of which 20 lakhs my father gave. Rest 12 lakh was taken on a loan by husband out of which I paid an EMI of Rs 1,13,000. Husband has paid an EMI till date around 4lakhs. I separated in the year 2016 November, filed for case in February 2017. Both sides want divorce. However the husband side says no compensation will be given, they will give only the flat. On the contrary husband says he wants the EMI amout that he paid. All the five years husband has not spend a single penny on me, I have been looking after all my expenses including paying husband\'s mobile bill, cable and internet charges. I am a pvt sector employee and live in a 2bhk flat with my parents and brother who is also married. The marriage and engagement was conducted fully by bride side as per customs. The groom side wanted a reception post wedding. We did not agree as we had conducted all functions in Kolkata and relatives had attended. They demanded a reception and told us verbally to spend money for reception for time being and the money will be returned later on. However they cheated us and did not return the Rs 1,50,000 that they took as debt from us for reception. We have proof of the 20 lakh transaction amount but no proof of the money given for reception. The court has told to negotiate among ourselves regarding the finance. So this week there will be a joint meeting. please guide on what should i demand. Am I not liable to any compensation. My parents had sold their land to pay the 20 lakhs for flat. i want to know whether i deserve anything more than the flat. And is husband's demand acceptable.
