sir mere bhai or bhabhi ghar mein bahut pareshani create karte rehte hain, daily ladai jhagda krte rehte hain, mummy papa se bhi ulta sidha bolte hain , or humse bhi jhagda krte hain. unse ghar se jane ki bolte to mana krte hain or marne pitne ki dhamki dete hain. please ye solution btaiye ki bhai or bhabhi ko legally ghar se nikala ja sake. please give a proper solution

If your parents are SENIOR CITIZENS then you may take shelter under provisions of Senior Citizens Act. Even otherwise lodge a police complaint or private complaint.
