Hello Deepan, Send a complaint to Tahsildhar via regd post to cancel the legalheir certificate and issue a fresh one with including the name of ur mother. Annex: that legal heir certificate Xerox and any proof like School TC or old ration card or Marriage Invitation/photo of ur Mom where it is mention that she is the daughter of so & so.. preferably TC.
