sirs my wife has filed 498,dv and maintainanace .I have filed a divorce case ,now if I want to buy property , can my wife claim any part of the property which I am planning to bye ,or she has any right in my property share.or else is it better to bye a property in my mother or sister's name.kindly advice.

1. You can purchase property in your name and be sure that it is purchased by raising bank loan. 2. It is your self acquired property and your wife is not having any share in it.
