My husband has studied from USA and was working there over allowed hours and was deported to Imdia with 10 year ban in USA. Now do we have a way to move to USA or Canada. The PCC clearance is an issue.

Dear Madam, I had wrote a Article on the subject issue of Police Clearance Certificate. If you are unable to get such certificate for the reasons stated by you, your husband may approach High Court and get such certificate.
