LANDLORD FORCING TO VACATE PREMISES AGAINST NOT ACCEPTING HIS STUPID DEMAND

Me & 3 of my friends got placements in Pune & we rented a home in Pune from 1st April 2019 after paying orally agreed security amt and current monthly rent and shifted all our household stuff. Landlord resides in Spain and has given power of attorney to his father, who is dealing with us. Rent agreement not yet made. However, attorney and we agreed to the prepared draft of rent agreement and we, tenants only, signed the same and handed him original draft. Have photo of it. At present, only 1 of us is residing and the remaining 3 of us are in our resp. hometown and will be reaching at the end of this month. All of a sudden, the attorney put a demand to us to hire a maid of his choice, which we all disagreed. Upon disagreement, he asked to vacate the premises within 14th April. We asked this month's time, but he denied. Also, he warned if we attempt to reside after 14th April, we will be forced out by the society and he may change the locks too. Please suggest, what to be done.
