    Hello, Sonal, it's proper that you abide by the court order, as you are already paying rent, the owner cannot like that evict you from the house as u have been living there from past 7 decades as per the rent control ACt a tenant who is in possession of the rented house for more than 30 yrs cannot be evicted easily like that.

    ma'am, I advice you to just follow the order of court and continue paying the rent to concerned owner ordered by court. if the owner wishes to vacate the rented house he first has to send the notice and file the suit before the court. until and unless he go with the procedure of rent control act he cannot vacate you from your rented house. for more help you need to take an appointment.
