Asked in Landlord or Tenant
but I would have left the flat before the agreement ends that is 30th April....but due to Corona virus...I had to go back home....my luggage is only there...I was helpless because of covid as there should be no movement...it's an act of god that made me helpless to vacate the flat...I never had any intention to occupy the flat even after the agreement ends...
the flat is still in your possession, and, resultantly, you are liable to make payment of the outstanding rent. you can ask the landlord to provide some concession,
Alam ji, if the agreement period has been over, it was mention properly, even you informed him 15 days ago, one question may I ask with you.currently you are in your home or in flat. your physical possession is there or only luggage and belongings are there.
Dear Sir, Payment of rent can be post poned and not waiving off because you are enjoying property otherwise the owner would have enjoyed the same. Please stand in the shoes of owner and think. At the most you may claim a concession. Please CLICK LIKE , Review and Rate Me as 5 Star if my answer satisfies you and call me taking paid consultancy immediately.
convience your owner the government has declared not to collect the rent for this period but the house may claim later. so anyway you have to pay.
