Your right to succession cannot be taken away. The property is liable to be distributed among all legal heirs. Get issued legal notice and claim your share and if notice is not complied then file suit for partition. The plea as taken by your brothers are flimsy in nature.

you should first get all requisite property documents from the concerned revenue office of such property. If, your mother has not executed the gift deed infavor of your brother then you are the joint co owner of the land.
