Can Son-in-law Claim His Mother In Laws Property If His Wife Childless

I am a resident of Kolkata, West Bengal. We had a property in Bolpur Shantiniketan. The property belonged to my mother in law. My mother in law died in 1994. After her death, my husband and sister in law became the legal heirs of her property. Unfortunately, both my husband and sister in law are now dead. My husband died in 2016 and my sister in law died in 2019. My sister in law died childless and without making a will. My sister in laws husband is alive. Now I and my daughter are the legal heirs of my husband and will claim his part of the property and no problem with that. But what about my sister in laws part of property who died childless and without making a will? I have come to know that according to Hindu succession amendment bill 2015, " A Hindu woman dying childless and without making a will, the property inherited by her from her mother's side will pass on to the heirs of her mother." My question to you is: 1) What can't I and my daughter who are the legal heirs from my sister in laws mothers side be the legal heirs of her part of the property, inherited by her from her mother and as she died childlessly? 2) How can my sister in laws husband be the legal heir of her mother's property as they are childless? Can son in law claim his mother in laws property if his wife dies childless?
