Hi All, Can we Open a disposed case. It was disposed as nature of compromise and the case was disposed by my Father to petitioner. It was property fraud case in 2013, Petitioner threaten to my father and in pressure he did compromise. Is there any law ., So that I can re-open the case be half of my father. Property still name of my father not yet transferred to petitioner name. I am Virat (27 year) Property owner's son.
