Cancellation Of Deed And Contempt Of Court

Sir my brother filled a case to devide the agricultural property on 1 jan 2012 and case was pending but he sold his share on 12 july 2012 and wrote in sale deed that no case is pending in any court and registrar registered the name of buyers on khatauni. Can i plea to any court for cancellation of deed and removal of name of buyers from khatauni . is it not contempt of court? Under which sections i can fill case ?
