Even oral rental agreement is valid. They cannot take adverse possession plea. You can sell it or mortgage it to a stronger person and make big cash. Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow me if my answer satisfies you

Hi... yes right as my friend Adv. Vaibhav Kharbanda suggests, you can file the eviction petition under Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 against the present tenants. You have to show your bonafide and ownership.

you need send him notice, and then you can file an eviction suit against the tenant, it might take another 5-6 months to evict your tenant due to pendamic issues. no rent agreement is not a problem here.
