Daughter\'s Claim On Parents House When She Is Already A Co-owner

I am 60 years old and have a house in Punjab. 7 Years ago I bought a land and constructed a house on it. I used to have an ancestral house too, we demolished that house and used the material (Bricks, Wood) in the construction of this new house. At the time of buying the land we were short of some money and my daughter was earning at that time so we took a home loan on her name and as a result she became a co-owner of the house. After my daughter\'s marriage she and her husband started forcing me to give up my ownership and make my daughter the full owner of the house because she pays the emi. Now they are harrasing me and my wife and forcing us to do the same. At the moment we are on very bad terms with our daughter and nobody in the family talks to her or her husband. I have a Son who is looking after us and I wish to give my part of the house to him. What are my rights? What can I do? Since she is a co-owner which makes her the owner of 50% of the house, after me does she become the owner of 75% house.
