While checking the sale deed copies with other flat owners, we observed difference in the undivided land share for the flats which are measuring equal super buildup area. i.e. one flat has more than the calculated undivided share. with this the sum of the total undivided land share registered for all the flats is more than the property land measurement. how this can be addressed and corrected.

Difference undivided share , One need to check everyone's Sale Deed. If the Builder and Land Owners have sold extra land share then they only have to cancel the old Sale Deed and Make new one. For details fix APPOINTMENT WITH ME.
