A shaurya chakara winner retired Indian air force Muslim has recently settled near the mosque compartment and since then creating trouble. He opposes any construction or renovation of the mosque and has pledged to close it. He uses all ill tactics with BJP and RSS. He is working in a nearby bank and there also he tells how much money one is holding. Now when the mosque renovation started he took his medal and sat in protest in front of the SDO and SDM office asking justice and blaming the mosque committee for harassment which is completely false. Now, this has gained local media coverage and became an anti-national issue. BJP blames that shaurya chakra winner insult is an insult to the nation. How can we handle him legally as he constantly tweets to CM and higher officials of harassment which is completely false? Nobody is helping us although they know we are correct. What can we do now? Please help

If the mosque is constructed Legally obtained Land and is being negotiated legally. No one can disturb the renovation. Approach the local administration and get the issues resolved.
