It is an ancestral property, divided between 3 brothers. 1. The division on the map does not conform to the verbal WILL. 2. Two brothers have already sold their share of the property based on the map and not as per the verbal WILL. 3. The buyer common for the 2 portions of the property and has encroached upon the third brother's share. Now the third brother even cannot enter his premises
