My father has 4 sons and 4 daughters, He had x acres of land. He died soon (when I was 5 or 6 years old ), Later all his property has been written in the name of my elder brother(because all 3 were too young). Its been more than 30+ years now, What are the available ways to get my part from my elder brother. Can anybody suggest me how can I get my part in that land?
