Purchased a property from SBI through E-Auction and got sale certificate and registered it on my name(may 2018).the property shown by bank is now claiming by other person in the name of other plot numbers(plot s approved VUDA).all plot numbers are varying from plan to field,bank is not cooperating to prove the property sold in the field.how i will move forward.

You have all options to use to get the correct information. you have paid for the said property so you can claim damages in future if the property is incorrect.

Dear Sir, You may get issue a legal notice to Bank calling upon it to furnish all the certified copies of documents of your purchased property failing which threaten them to initiate civil and criminal proceedings.
