Illegal Property Allotment

 manjunath from lingasgur raichur karnataka. My question is we are using muncipalty property (open site) from about 80 years but it not in our name recently we talked with muncipalty officers and register that property in our name with the goverment fees .and got documents property from muncipalty. In that property showed three side way and one side house.after some days anather person has register property without any objection in north side of the site which has come under munciple road. I lodge the complaint to muncipalty you have given property documents in our name and in that shows North, East, South way. Now North side you have regester property to anather person which has come under muncipalty road. The chief officer visited spot and telling we will cancel both property and handeover to muncipalty. My complaint is the person has register the property in muncipalty road which you have shown before in our property. But now he is telling both he is going to cancel. Is this right? What to do now.
