My Society Putting Restrictions On Conducting Home Tuitions

Dear Sir, Get reply to the said legal notice and approach the Civil Court who will restrain the Society people to carry on Tuitions as it is considered as legal by many Courts.

mam Housing society is not commercial place , either your aunt is owner of flat or not, it is immaterial, it is also a separate thing that you are not taking charges or fee with students and no matter that helping to weak people. so if the society is raising an issues there is concern.

it will be better that a commercial place be hired for tutorial work

if she is doing commercial activities on residential place then she can be prohibited

whether the place of tution is residential or commercial

1. you can apply to the society for the permission to run/continue the tuition classes through a formal application, 2. also mention that the classes will not put any hurdle for the security and peace, parking, lift, etc and you will try your best so that the students obey the relevant bye-laws of the society. 3. they won't able to reject your application

There is no prohibition in law to conduct tuition classes at home, you could tell the neighbors in an appropriate way and conduct the classes in such a way not to disturb the neighbors.
