you have to seek a declaration from the Court that the different spellings pertain to one single person. That Court will declare it by passing a decree to this effect and then you will be able to get that change effected in the relevant documents. Which will serve your purpose finally. Under the prevailing provisions of law you cannot get her name removed in presence of other legal heirs because all the legal heirs will be entitled for their share of property.
